     RE: snmpmon-client

  I'm also trying to get the smnp monitors to work, and have encountered the
same error messages. The errors appear to occur because the snmpwalk program
is core dumping. I'm running NOCOL 4.2.1 under RedHat Linux 6 monitoring
cisco 2511 and 5300 routers. Below is a back trace from gdb;
#0  0x40089679 in chunk_free (ar_ptr=0x40119580, p=0x804f690) at
#1  0x40089505 in __libc_free (mem=0x804f698) at malloc.c:2932

#4  0x804b4a6 in read_mib ()

Has anyone had this running properly, or any suggestions as to what is

Subject: snmpmon-client

    Ive been trying to get the snmpmon-client code to work for me but keep
getting errors like the following
snmpwalk ERROR for somerouter.bm/.interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr:
interfaces.ifTable.ifEntry.ifDescr.1 = "Ethernet0/0"
  Now it seems to be getting some data...snmpwalk works fine from command
Im curious is the snmpmon-client code broken? I have really looked over it
yet, I was hoping this was a know bug.
Thank you for any help
