I'm real near having a reasonably working first pass on a version of nocol
which uses autoconf. Since the diff for this runs about 2 1/2 meg, I'm
planning to roll a new tarbar. What should I do with this thing when it's
ready to get it in other people's hands so they can figure out what I broke?
I should be able to put it on an FTP server of my own, but since I'm not the
nocol maintainer....???
