Hi! I also experienced this problem, it's beacuse there is interpkt delay between pings. When icmp echo reply comes back, time is counted against FIRST ping sent in a batch and not against time, when packet to our destination was sent. I made just small workaround, that i decreased interpkt delay from 10ms to 1 or 0 ms..
