     nocol and kill signals 
Does anybody have any idea how the various nocol monitors respond to
SIGHUP or HUP signals? It would be useful if they reloaded their config
files, but I took a quick look in the documentation I couldn't find
indicating that this was what happens. If not, it would be really handy
for me, and I'm guessing for a lot of people. Does anyone know about this?
