My apologies for disturbing the peace, but the latest log entries for 
the archives for this list are dated 6+ months ago.

Is there any activity here?  Are people still using NOCOL/SNIPS?  Is there
ongoing development underway?

My curiosities are both personal and professional.  Any responses are
