To remove yourself from the mailing list, send a message:

	TO:  nocol-users-request@navya.com
	Subject:  <anything, its ignored>

and in the BODY of the message

	unsubscribe

You can also send HELP as the command in the body of the message. REMEMBER
to send the email to 'nocol-users-REQUEST@navya.com' and NOT to
'nocol-users@navya.com'
