notifier-confg ( winpopup )

Thanks for the suggestions on  winpopup messages for site events. Have
anybody  tryed to  replace the  email action under notifier-confg to
something  that could perform a winpopup for a particular  event-variable?
if I set the action  under  noclogd , than this is global for all events
level ( Critical, Error etc..) I need to send specific winpopup via
smbclient to certain  users on certain hosts machines. Any clue to how this
can be done.
