I think you should modify 'genweb.pl' to only list the sites that are
needed for each department and put them all into separate directores
(i.e. a different genweb.pl for each department writing to different
web directories).
Then put httpd .htaccess permissions on each dir for each department ?
Or were you looking for something else ?
