NOCOL new minor release 4.2.1

I have put out a new updated version of nocol v4.2.1 which fixes a number
of small bugs in v4.2.

This new version is available from:

The main changes from v4.2 are:

  - nocollib.pl bug fixed for noclogd logging in perl5
  - nsmon now displays sitename (from config file) instead of domain name
  - bgpmon (updated version from jonz@netrail.net)
  - notifier.pl (new version from adrian@aba.net.au) Possible replace
    notifier shell script
  - genweb.pl now produces compact output in Info mode (file size reduced
    by 5 times).
